Shlomi Bennett is the founder of Jewish Frontline, a grassroots initiative based in Metro Detroit. He created Jewish Frontline to strengthen Jewish pride, unity, and resilience at a time when communities face growing challenges.
Drawing on his experience organizing grassroots initiatives, leading rallies, and building networks, Shlomi’s vision is to create a movement that empowers Jews of all backgrounds to stand tall in public spaces, celebrate their heritage, and counter antisemitism with courage and creativity. His work emphasizes continuity, cultural pride, and the belief that Jewish identity thrives when lived openly and unapologetically.

Jacques (“Jack”) Priou
Founding Director
Jack Priou brings both personal experience and deep commitment to Jewish resilience and visibility. A proud IDF Reservist Staff Sergeant, Jack has carried the values of service and responsibility beyond his time in uniform and into his civic life.

Tamara Poberesky
Operations Coordinator
Tamara Poberesky serves as Operations Coordinator for Jewish Frontline. She is deeply committed to Jewish identity, Jewish safety, and ensuring that the lessons of history are neither forgotten nor repeated. Tamara stands firmly against antisemitism in all its forms and is driven by the conviction that Jews must never again be placed in a position of vulnerability or silence. In her role, she helps translate Jewish Frontline’s mission into effective, organized action, supporting the infrastructure that allows community-based initiatives to grow, coordinate, and endure.

Dr. Jenny Kirsch VanBeck
K-12 Coordinator
Jenny Kirsch VanBeck is the K-12 Coordinator for Jewish Frontline. As a Clinical Psychologist, Jenny brings a unique perspective to the fight against antisemitism, blending her understanding of mental health and experience to help empower young people to embrace their Jewish identity with pride and joy, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued. She partners with schools, families, and community members to not only address instances of antisemitism but to proactively build environments of respect and understanding. She truly believes that holding schools accountable and ensuring they are true partners in the work of creating safe and equitable learning spaces for all is the key to fighting antisemitism.
With a warm and collaborative spirit, Jenny is dedicated to building bridges and fostering strong relationships. She believes that real change happens when people come together, and she is constantly inspired by the strength and resilience of the Jewish community. Looking ahead, Jenny is excited to continue expanding Jewish Frontline’s reach, bringing her unique blend of professional expertise and heartfelt passion to even more schools and communities.
